Banking & Finance
There is no substitute for experience. Our banking and finance lawyers collectively have over 70 years of experience representing banks and financial institutions. In addition to decades of service to banks and other commercial lenders as outside counsel, our banking and finance team includes former in-house counsel to a bank, which gives our team the knowledge, insight, and experience to understand and respond to our banking clients’ challenges. Combining our banking and financial services group’s experience with our firm’s service-oriented approach to the provision of legal services uniquely qualifies our banking and finance group to efficiently deliver the results our bank and financial services clients expect.
Our banking and finance group also has the knowledge and experience to advise our clients with respect to unique collateral or transactions, such as financing involving commodity margin account equity, leveraged ESOP transactions, and TIF and other economic incentive-based financing.
