Biography

Aaron Jansen is a member of the corporate practice group at the Firm. His expertise lies in mergers and acquisitions, transportation and logistics, corporate governance, manufacturing, and construction. Specializing in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, Aaron enjoys helping clients achieve their business objectives, whether through sales transactions for new opportunities or acquisitions for sustained growth. He has a wealth of experience in advising on various documents and contracts in the transportation sector, such as transportation service agreements. Aaron also guides clients through regulatory compliance issues, including at the federal and state level. In his corporate governance role, he supports corporate clients across a broad range of areas, including daily guidance, entity establishment, and commercial contract assessment.
