Biography

Josiah Nelson is part of the business and corporate practice group at the firm, focusing on Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Loans. He provides support to lenders and borrowers in organizing, negotiating, and finalizing various commercial loans. Josiah also oversees loan workouts, restructurings, and enforcement actions. Additionally, he assists business clients with diverse legal needs, including business formation, corporate governance, compliance with securities laws related to capital formation, and other matters.
