Biography

Tom Langan collaborates with clients to offer comprehensive business legal guidance, aid in structuring and executing business deals, and consult on a range of business prospects. He closely collaborates with the entire Dvorak Law Group team to fulfill each client’s legal requirements. Tom supports clients in business entity formation, succession planning, intellectual property law, securities law, and the review, drafting, and negotiation of various business contracts.
