Biography
Kalen is a member of the firm’s business and corporate practice group. Her practice is primarily concentrated on a broad range of business and corporate matters, including entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, and the review and drafting of all types of business contracts. In addition, Kalen has experience assisting clients with respect to the buying, selling, leasing, and developing of real estate. A multi-faceted attorney, Kalen will also support the firm’s Banking/Finance practice by assisting lenders and borrowers in a wide range of commercial lending and finance transactions.
