Congratulations to Dvorak Law Group Partner Ryan Kunhart on his appointment as Chair of DRI’s Governmental Liability Committee. Ryan’s appointment is for a one-year term and is effective at the conclusion of the 2022 DRI Annual Meeting on October 28.
DRI is the largest international membership organization of attorneys defending the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation. Membership in DRI provides access to resources and tools for attorneys who strive to provide high-quality, balanced, and excellent service to their clients and corporations.
In his governmental practice, Ryan represents municipalities and governmental entities on claims involving police misconduct, civil rights violations, employment discrimination, and land use issues. Ryan has been appointed a Special Assistant Attorney General by the Nebraska Attorney General, general counsel for a local fire district, and outside counsel for a local Civil Service Commission. In his litigation practice, Ryan also represents businesses and individuals on a variety of litigation matters including breaches of contract, business tort, trade secret and fiduciary duty matters, negligence, insurance disputes, and construction defects.
