Required Notice – Families First CoronaVirus Response Act

On March 25, 2020, the Department of Labor (“DOL”) issued a model notice regarding the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (“Act”). The Notice must be posted in a conspicuous place on the employer’s premises. For employees working remotely, the Notice should be sent by email or regular mail or it can be posted on an employee information internal or external website. A copy of the Notice is attached. We have also provided a link below to the FAQs released by the DOL that answer common questions regarding the Notice.
