Seth Moen, a partner with Dvorak Law Group, was a member of the Twelfth Class of the Nebraska State Bar Association’s (NSBA) Leadership Academy. The Academy completed the 2017-2018 session on July 21.
The NSBA says the academy develops leadership skills so participants can make greater contributions to the legal profession and their community. The leadership academy is comprised of monthly sessions on topics such as leadership, legislative issues, public trust and confidence in the judicial system, and balancing work and life.
Moen focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate governance, and taxation. He has experience representing clients during merger and acquisition transactions in all related activities, securities offerings, securities compliance, federal and state reporting, tax-efficient solutions on corporate and partnership taxation.
He is admitted to practice law in Nebraska and South Dakota. Seth is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, South Dakota State Bar Association, and the Omaha Bar Association.
