Dvorak Law Group Welcomes Matthew J. Kemler

Dvorak Law Group is pleased to welcome Matthew J. Kemler to the firm’s estate and business succession planning practice group. Matt assists clients with preparation of their estate plans, including preparation of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, and related estate planning documents. He also assists clients with estate and trust administration matters and sophisticated tax planning. Additionally, Matt advises clients on business and corporate matters, including the formation of business entities and related governance matters. Matt received his M.B.A. from the Creighton University Heider College and Business and his J.D., from the Creighton University School of Law.
