Biography

Matthew Kemler is part of the estate and business succession planning team at the firm. He helps clients create their estate plans, which involve drafting wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, and other estate planning documents. Matt also guides clients through estate and trust administration issues and provides expert advice on complex tax planning. Moreover, he offers counsel on business and corporate affairs, including establishing business entities and handling governance matters. Matt holds an M.B.A. from Creighton University Heider College of Business and a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law.
