Dvorak Law Group, LLC and its Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group was honored in New York City by The M&A Advisor at the 22nd Annual M&A Advisor Awards Gala. The firm took home one of the most coveted awards of the night – M&A Deal of the Year (Between $250MM – $500MM) for the Acquisition of LRS Healthcare by Jackson Healthcare.
The 22nd Annual M&A Advisor Awards Gala honored the professionals whose activities set an extremely high standard for dealmaking in 2023. This year, over 350 nominees, representing over 500 companies, became finalists for the awards. This year’s award marks the fifth recognition Dvorak Law Group has received from the organization since 2021.
