Joseph D. Aeilts, from Champaign, Illinois, joins the firm’s litigation and trial practice group. He will represent clients across a broad spectrum of complex business and commercial litigation issues, including construction, employment, insurance, property, and real estate litigation. Joe received his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2025. Prior to law school, Joe received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University.
Gracie Rae Culp, from Saint Louis, Missouri, joins the firm’s estate and wealth transfer planning practice group. She will assist clients with the preparation of their estate plans, including creation of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, and related estate planning documents. Gracie Rae received her Juris Doctor cum laude from Creighton University School of Law. Prior to law school, Gracie Rae received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English and minor in Dance from Creighton University.
Summer L. Olsen, from Island Lake, Illinois, joins the firm’s business and corporate practice group. She will assist clients with a broad range of general corporate and business matters, including entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and the review and drafting of all types of business contracts. Summer received her Juris Doctor with high distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Prior to law school, Summer received her bachelor’s degree in Finance and minor in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
Kaitlyn P. Ryan, from Gretna, Nebraska, joins the firm’s business and corporate practice group. She will assist clients with a broad range of general corporate and business matters, including entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and the review and drafting of all types of business contracts. Kaitlyn received her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law. Prior to law school, Kaitlyn received her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Grinnell College.
Laura L. Thompson, from Mason City, Iowa, joins the firm’s litigation and trial practice group. She will represent clients across a broad spectrum of complex business and commercial litigation issues, including contract disputes, employment issues, civil rights claims, and insurance-related cases. Laura received her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law. Prior to law school, Laura received her bachelor’s degree in Politics from Ave Maria University.
