Dvorak Law Group is pleased to welcome Luke T. Roudabush, Jonathan R. Tilden, John-Wesley Wilson, and John A. “Drew” Wolfe to the firm as Associate Attorneys.
Luke T. Roudabush, from Grinnell, IA, joins the firm’s business and corporate practice group. He will assist clients with a broad range of general corporate and business matters, including entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and the review and drafting various business contracts. Luke received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, summa cum laude, in 2024. In law school, he was the recipient of nine CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. Prior to law school, Luke earned a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College, graduating summa cum laude.
Jonathan R. Tilden, from Omaha, NE, joins the firm’s litigation and trial practice group. He will represent clients across a broad spectrum of complex business and commercial litigation issues, including construction, insurance, property, and real estate litigation. Jonathan received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2024. In law school, he was the recipient of seven CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. Prior to law school, Jonathan earned a degree from Seattle University, graduating magna cum laude.
John-Wesley Willson, from Atkinson, NE, joins the firm’s estate and wealth transfer planning practice group. He will assist clients with the preparation of their estate plans, including creation of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, and related estate planning documents. John-Wesley received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2024. In law school, he was the recipient of four CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. Prior to law school, John-Wesley graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University with a major in Finance.
John A. “Drew” Wolfe, from Mount Vernon, IA, joins the firm’s business and corporate practice group. He will assist clients with a broad range of general corporate and business matters, including entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and the review and drafting of all types of business contracts. Drew received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2024. Prior to law school, Drew earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the Creighton University Heider College of Business in 2021 with double majors in Financial Analysis and Economics.
