Omaha-based Dvorak Law Group, LLC announces the addition of seven attorneys and the opening of a Hastings, Nebraska office. Jeffrey Blumel, Nicholas Dafney, Daniel Carnahan, Ryan Kunhart, Nicholas Meier, and Jaynee Tyler have joined Dvorak Law Group’s Omaha office. Dvorak Law Group has also opened an office located at 726 East Side Boulevard in Hastings, Nebraska, and Robert Parker, Jr. has joined the firm’s Hastings office.

As a partner and founding member of the Hastings, Nebraska law firm of Seiler & Parker, Bob Parker has been providing legal services to clients in the Hastings area and throughout Nebraska for over 28 years.  Bob will continue to focus his practice on personal injury, insurance defense, civil litigation, collections, family law and criminal defense. Parker received his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College Of Law.

Jeff Blumel brings over 28 years of civil litigation experience to the firm having represented political subdivisions, governmental entities and businesses in diverse and complex litigation matters. He will also assist clients with their estate planning needs. Blumel received his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law.

Nick Dafney has been providing business and corporate counseling and transaction services to clients for over 15 years and will continue to focus his practice on mergers and acquisitions, energy and construction law, complex contracting, and intellectual property and licensing. Dafney received his J.D. (with distinction) from the University of Nebraska College of Law.

Dan Carnahan has experience advising clients in connection with estate planning and administration, real estate matters and business transactions. He joins the firm’s estate planning group and will focus his practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and business succession planning. Carnahan received his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law.

Ryan Kunhart specializes in management-side employment law, litigation and trial practice. In his employment practice, he advises clients on the development, implementation, and monitoring of employment programs and policies. Kunhart received his J.D. (cum laude) from Creighton University.

Nick Meier provides corporate counseling and business transaction services to clients and will focus his practice on business entity formation and structuring, securities law, corporate governance, and the review, drafting and negotiation of business contracts. Meier received his J.D. (with distinction) from the University of Nebraska College of Law.

Jaynee Tyler specializes in litigation and trial practice, arbitration, and mediation. Tyler has litigation experience in a variety of areas including commercial and business disputes, construction, employment, and probate and estate matters. She received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.
