IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
- 2+ years of experience on banking and commercial finance transactions or real estate transactions (preferred)
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Effective analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to complete projects within deadlines and maintaining effective working relationships with all members of the firm
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in a professional, concise, constructive and courteous manner
- Strong work ethic and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for transactions
- Ability to effectively work independently and with legal and business teams
