Biography
Summer Olsen is part of the business and corporate practice group at the firm. She concentrates on a wide range of general corporate and business matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and the drafting and review of various commercial contracts.
Summer contributes to the firm’s Banking/Finance practice by working with both lenders and borrowers on commercial lending and finance matters. She also drafts a range of business contracts, including employee incentive agreements and service contracts.
