Biography

Stacia L. Palser brings over 20 years of legal experience to Dvorak Law Group after a distinguished 13-year tenure with the University of Nebraska System. With extensive expertise in real estate, environmental law, and transactional matters, Stacia brings sound judgment and deep knowledge to guide clients through complex legal challenges and opportunities as she builds her practice in these areas.

As Vice President and General Counsel, she served as the chief legal advisor for the University’s four campuses—UNL, UNK, UNO, and UNMC—providing comprehensive legal guidance on corporate governance, employment, compliance, litigation, contracts, and more.

During her time with the University, Stacia played a key role in driving innovation through creative legal solutions, including public-private partnerships that facilitated major institutional projects. She also led a team of 10 attorneys and support staff and served as Interim Corporation Secretary, supporting the Board of Regents.

Prior to her role at the University, Stacia spent a decade in private practice, specializing in commercial transactions, real estate, environmental law, and litigation. Her diverse experience across both public and private sectors uniquely positions her to help clients with their legal matters.
