Biography

Stacia Palser brings over 20 years of legal experience to Dvorak Law Group, joining after a distinguished 13-year tenure with the University of Nebraska System. As Vice President and General Counsel, she served as the chief legal advisor for the University’s four campuses—UNL, UNK, UNO, and UNMC—providing comprehensive legal guidance on corporate governance, employment, compliance, litigation, contracts, and more. She has extensive expertise in real estate, environmental law, and transactional matters.

During her time with the University, Stacia played a key role in driving innovation through creative legal solutions, including public-private partnerships that facilitated major institutional projects. She also led a team of 10 attorneys and support staff and served as Interim Corporation Secretary, supporting the Board of Regents.

Prior to her role at the University, Stacia spent a decade in private practice, specializing in commercial transactions, real estate, environmental law, and litigation. Her diverse experience across both public and private sectors uniquely positions her to address complex legal challenges for clients.
