Biography

Patrick Kenney is a member of the firm’s estate and businesses succession planning practice group. He assists clients with the preparation of their estate plans, including the preparation of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, and related estate planning documents. He works closely with the Dvorak Law Group estate planning team to carry out and deliver on each of our client’s estate and business succession planning needs. Patrick also assists clients with estate and trust administration matters and sophisticated tax planning involving family business entities, sale and loan techniques, insurance planning, and charitable giving.
