Biography

Patrick Kenney is part of the estate and business succession planning practice group at the firm. He aids clients in crafting their estate plans by preparing wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, and other relevant estate planning paperwork. Collaborating closely with the Dvorak Law Group’s estate planning team, Patrick ensures that each client’s estate and business succession planning requirements are met. Additionally, he supports clients with estate and trust administration issues, as well as intricate tax planning strategies related to family business entities, sales and loans, insurance planning, and charitable contributions.
