Biography

Nick Meysenburg is a member of the firm’s estate and business succession planning practice group. He assists clients with preparation of their estate plans including preparation of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, and related estate planning documents. Nick works closely with the Dvorak Law Group estate planning team to carry out and deliver on each of our clients’ estate and business succession planning needs. He also assists clients with estate and trust administration matters and sophisticated tax planning involving family business entities, sale and loan techniques, irrevocable trusts, insurance planning, and charitable giving.

Nick also assists clients with business entity formation and structuring, tax planning, corporate governance, business succession planning, and related matters.
