Biography

Nick Meier focuses on business law, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, and non-profits. Nick has significant experience negotiating and in structuring domestic cross-border acquisitions and dispositions. Moreover, he offers advice on business entity formation, tax planning, securities offerings, compliance, reporting, and the drafting, review, and negotiation of business contracts.
