Biography

Melanie Krings oversees all marketing, communications, talent development, and employee engagement aspects of the firm. She is also heavily involved in recruitment and event planning activities. Melanie brings more than 15 years of leadership and administrative experience from higher education, where she led the Executive MBA and Executive Education Programs in UNO’s College of Business Administration.
