Biography

Marshall Dean is a member of the firm’s business and corporate practice group. His practice is primarily concentrated on a broad range of general corporate and business matters, including entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and the review and drafting of all types of business contracts. He is also a member of the firm’s labor and employment practice group; focusing his practice on regulatory compliance and the review and drafting of employment agreements. Marshall was also a presenter at the firm’s “Is Your Employment ‘House’ In Order?” seminars.
