Biography
Mark Quandahl brings a wealth of expertise in commercial legal affairs and government administration. With a background in public administration, banking, finance, non-depository institutions, securities regulation, government relations, litigation, Fintech, digital assets, cryptocurrencies, healthcare, and startups, Mark has a diverse skill set. Recently, Mark held the position of Director of the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance in Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts’ cabinet. Prior to this role, he was a partner at a regional commercial law firm, a former Nebraska State Senator (Chairman of Banking, Commerce, and Insurance Committee), and a past member of the Nebraska State Board of Education.
