Biography

Laura K. Essay provides guidance to clients on structuring their estate plans, including drafting wills, irrevocable trusts, life insurance trusts, gifting trusts, GRATs, powers of attorney, and advance directives/living wills. Collaborating closely with the estate planning team at Dvorak Law Group, Laura ensures that clients’ estate and business succession planning needs are met efficiently. In addition, Laura supports clients with estate and trust administration, intricate tax planning related to family business entities, sale and loan strategies, insurance planning, and charitable contributions. She also serves as a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and Chair of the Recruiting/ Professional Development Committee and Firm Engagement Committee.
