Biography

Katelin O’Connor is a member of the firm’s estate and business succession planning practice group. She assists clients with the preparation of their estate plans, including preparation of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, and related estate planning documents. Katelin also assist clients with estate and trust administration matters and sophisticated tax planning involving family business entities, sale and loan techniques, insurance planning, and charitable giving. Katelin works with other members of the estate and wealth planning practice group to carry out and deliver on the client’s estate and business succession planning needs.
