Biography
Katelin O’Connor is a valuable member of the firm’s estate and business succession planning practice group. She aids clients in developing their estate plans, such as drafting wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, and other relevant estate planning paperwork. Additionally, Katelin supports clients with estate and trust administration issues and intricate tax planning, which includes family business entities, sale and loan strategies, insurance planning, and charitable contributions. Collaborating with other members of the estate and wealth planning practice group, Katelin ensures the fulfillment of clients’ estate and business succession planning requirements.
