Biography

Jonathan Tilden is part of the litigation and trial practice group at the firm. He advocates for businesses, governmental entities, and individuals in various litigation cases such as contract disputes, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, civil rights claims, negligence, fraud, and insurance disputes. Jonathan guides clients through the entire litigation process, from initial discussions to starting legal proceedings, offering defense, managing discovery, participating in trials or mediations, and handling the appellate process when needed.
