Biography

John-Wesley Willson is a member of the firm’s estate and businesses succession planning practice group. He assists clients with the preparation of their estate plans, including the preparation of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, and related estate planning documents. Additionally, John-Wesley assists clients with estate and trust administration matters and sophisticated tax planning involving family business entities, sale and loan techniques, insurance planning, and charitable giving. Collaborating with other members of the Dvorak Law Group estate planning team, John-Wesley ensures the fulfillment of clients’ estate and business succession planning objectives.
