Biography
Joe Aeilts is a member of the firm’s litigation and trial practice group. He represents businesses, government entities, and individuals in a variety of matters, including contract disputes, property & real estate disputes, employment issues, civil rights claims, negligence, and insurance-related cases. Joe assists clients through the litigation process, including early case assessment, discovery, settlement discussions, participation in trials or mediations, and appeals when needed.
