Biography

Jaynee Tyler specializes in representing trucking clients facing various disputes, including personal injury, wrongful death claims, punitive damages, employment conflicts, and business contract issues. She acts as general counsel, working alongside insurance counsel to provide valuable business insights and litigation strategies to minimize risks for the client.

Jaynee also assists clients involved in commercial and business litigation, dealing with a wide range of legal issues like contract breaches, negligence, insurance disputes, and dissolutions. She utilizes her expertise to create legal strategies that help clients achieve their desired outcomes, whether through negotiation, mediation or trial.

Beyond commercial cases, Jaynee also supports clients in intricate probate and trust proceedings, particularly in contested guardian and conservatorship cases.

Throughout the litigation process, Jaynee maintains open communication with her clients to ensure they understand their rights and options. She guides them through each stage, from the initial complaint filing to mediation and trial, offering the necessary assistance and guidance for a successful resolution.

Representative Experience

• Assist clients with all aspects of the litigation process, from initial consultations through trial. Handle disputes in a variety of areas including commercial and business disputes, construction, employment, and probate and estate disputes.
• Assist clients in obtaining and resisting guardianships and/or contested and non-contested conservatorships across Nebraska.
• Oversee and manage company’s national disputes.
• Defend trucking companies in catastrophic injury cases.
• Serve as outside/oversight counsel for trucking clients; overseeing insurance defense counsel and managing dispute matters.
• Anti-diversion counsel: prosecute trademark and intellectual property infringement.
