Biography

Jake Taute is a member of the firm’s estate and business succession planning practice group. He assists clients in developing comprehensive estate plans, including preparing wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, and other essential documents. Working closely with Dvorak Law Group’s estate planning team, Jake helps ensure each client’s estate and succession goals are thoughtfully and effectively achieved. He also advises on estate and trust administration and supports complex tax planning strategies involving family business entities, transactions, insurance planning, and charitable giving.
