Biography

Ellen Prochaska is part of the Litigation and Trial Practice Group at the firm. She specializes in handling real estate litigation matters, including partition actions and adverse possession matters. Ellen also focuses on business and commercial litigation cases, such as conflict disputes, collection matters, and commercial landlord/tenant disputes. She guides clients throughout the litigation process, from initial negotiations to commencing litigation, offering defense, managing discovery, participating in trial or mediation, and handling the appellate process when needed.

Representative Experience

• Obtained several favorable judgments and dismissals on summary judgment and on motions to dismiss
• Successfully collected large debts on behalf of clients
• Assisted in obtaining favorable settlements for clients through the mediation process
