Biography

Don Bottorf advises individuals in the structuring of their estate plans and assists in preparation of their wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives/living wills. He also works on probate and trust administrations. Don advices both individuals and businesses on their tax strategies. He works closely with business and agricultural clients to ensure proper succession.
