Biography

Christian Rush is a member of the firm’s litigation and trial practice group. He represents clients across a broad spectrum of complex business and commercial litigation, including construction, insurance, property, and real estate litigation. Christian also represents clients through the administrative appeal process, advising clients in responding to audits initiated by the Small Business Administration and other governmental agencies in response to PPP loan forgiveness applications, size determination protests, and other loan forgiveness denials and partial denials. Christian assists clients through all stages of the litigation process, conducting discovery, participating in trial or mediation, and engaging in the appellate process when necessary.
