Biography

Christian Rush is part of the litigation and trial practice group at the firm. He specializes in handling a wide range of complex business and commercial litigation cases, such as construction, insurance, property, and real estate disputes. Additionally, Christian guides clients through administrative appeal procedures, offering advice on responding to audits from entities like the Small Business Administration. He helps with Paycheck Protection Program loan forgiveness applications, size determination protests, and other related denials. Christian supports clients throughout the litigation process, including discovery, trial or mediation participation, and appeals when required.
