Biography

Chloe Kuehner is a member of the firm’s litigation and trial practice group. She assists clients with commercial and business litigation matters, including contract disputes, employment law, negligence, fraud, and insurance disputes. Chloe assists clients through all stages of the litigation process, from initial negotiations to commencing litigation, providing defense, conducting discovery, participating in trial or mediation, and engaging in the appellate process, if necessary.

Representative Experience

Obtained order granting partial summary judgment in clients’ favor for multiple breaches of contract and violation of the Nebraska Uniform Commercial Code.  Clients were awarded attorneys’ fees. 

Obtained complete dismissal of claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and the Nebraska Political Subdivisions Tort Claims Act filed against law enforcement officer and city attorney in their official and individual capacities.
