Biography
Cameron Lawler is part of the firm’s business and corporate practice group. His practice focuses on a broad range of general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and structuring, real estate, and the review and drafting of business contracts.
Before joining the firm, Cameron served four years as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Captain. While in the Marine Corps, Cameron represented Marines at both courts-martial and administrative law proceedings as a Judge Advocate. He also served as a series commander and executive officer, leading Marines through basic combat training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island.
