Ashley Kraus, a part of the estate and business succession planning practice group at the firm, aids clients in creating their estate plans. This includes drafting wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, and other relevant estate planning paperwork. Additionally, Ashley supports clients with estate and trust administration and intricate tax planning encompassing family business entities, sale and loan strategies, insurance planning, and charitable contributions.
