Biography
Kathleen Sawtell is a member of the firm’s litigation and trial practice group and its labor and employment team. She represents clients in a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters, including breach of contract, construction, trucking, employment disputes, alleged civil rights violations, evictions, and insurance disputes. Drawing on her experience in employment law, insurance defense, criminal law, administrative law, and civil litigation, Kathleen guides clients through every stage of the litigation process—from case initiation and discovery to trial and, when necessary, appeal—while developing effective strategies to address complex legal challenges and achieve positive outcomes.
